The BII Annual Lunch at the Grosvenor House on Park Lane is a must in the diary of anyone who’s anyone in the licensed retail sector. Places are selling fast for this year’s event on Tuesday 13th May so be sure to book up soon.

Community, sustainability and social responsibility are the focuses for this year’s lunch. Keynote speaker Kevin Woodford, of GMTV and ready Steady Cook fame, promises to deliver a thought-provoking speech full of innovative tips and ideas for licensees and anyone associated with the industry.

BII Chief Executive John McNamara and Chairman Martin Grant will also offer their thoughts and advice on building a sustainable licensed retail business – one which sits firmly at the centre of the community.

The 2008 BII Annual Lunch is sponsored by Sky. Guests will enjoy a sumptuous menu of seasonal, locally-sourced produce prepared by some of our most famous chefs and washed down with a selection of fine wines and beers.

This year, in a break from tradition, BII is holding its AGM at the Marriott Hotel at Marble Arch on the same day. The meeting is open to members of BII and will begin with registration at 9.15am.

Registration and coffee for the Annual Lunch begins at 11am and there will be a drinks reception for all guests at 11.30am. The event is anticipated to finish by 3pm.
