All listed centres have been approved by BIIAB. Approval is recognition that the centres have the appropriate management systems and resources to deliver BIIAB qualifications and conduct examinations. All BIIAB centres are regularly monitored.

The BIIAB Profitable Business Portfolio consists of three core units and ten optional units. These units are grouped together to form two qualifications: the BIIAB Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Licensed Hospitality and the BIIAB Level 3 Diploma in Licensed Hospitality.
