Summary
This qualification has been designed for those working behind a bar or in customer facing roles in the bar area, employed in various licensed hospitality premises.
The qualification has been designed for learners working or wishing to work in job roles such as barpersons (leased, tenanted, managed, wine bar, cocktail bar, nightclub, restaurant staff (waiters, waitresses)and assistant bar managers.
The BIIAB Level 2 Certificate in Licensed Hospitality Operations (CLHO) has been designed to provide the key underpinning knowledge for the Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework for Licensed Hospitality.
