Basic merchandising and selling techniques and how to achieve the ‘perfect serve’ to maximise customer satisfaction.
Basic law in relation to age restricted sales and activities, smoking, the duty to refuse service and trading standards.
The importance of customer service and how this can be delivered.
How to keep information and the premises secure.
The activities required to close a bar at the end of service, and how to complete these safely and efficiently
Assessment: 25 question multiple-choice examination.
