Workforce Development Fund

Did you know that if you're an Adult Care Employer you can claim the Workforce Development Fund (WDF) to contribute towards your Employees completing BIIAB Adult Care Qualifications?

The WDF is funding from the Department of Health and Social Care which is distributed by Skills for Care. This funding can even be used alongside other funding streams, such as Apprenticeship or Adult Education Budget, as long as you are not claiming the same cost from more than one source. However, these is only a limited pot of money so funding is not guaranteed.

Many of BIIAB’s Care Qualifications are fundable by the WDF and potentially available for you to claim back the funding value upon completion - see below the full list. Click here for further information from Skills for Care on the WDF, including how to claim.
